Rental periods price per week
Please note that this is a family villa in a quiet residential
area of Sa Coma which is a family resort. The villa will only be let to either genuine family groups or mature
guests.
The villa will not be let out to groups comprising of only teenagers
or other groups of unsupervised young people and we reserve the right to turn away any such groups.
The Villa will sleep 16 People and the following are prices per week.
On changeover
day checkout time is by 10.00am and Check in time is 4.00pm at the earliest.
The following costs are based on bookings of up to 9 people with use of the villa for 7 nights,
All prices quoted are in british pounds.

Key collection details and location will be provided upon receipt of your
booking deposit which can be securely paid via Pay Pal by Visa or Mastercard.
We will require payment of a EUR 200 breakages deposit upon collection of keys. This will be returned when the keys
are collected at the end of your stay provided everything is still in one piece!
Payment Schedule:
Upon Initial Booking a 20% deposit payment is required. Payments can be processed
securely through Pay Pal. This is a simple process which involves us sending a payment request from Pay Pal
to your e mail address. You can then decide which way you would prefer to make your payment.
Balance payment in full is to be made within 8 weeks of arrival. A further Pay Pal request would be sent to you
at this time.
For any bookings made within this 8 weeks period then a full payment must be made upon initial booking.
Please note that these are non refundable payments so please be fully sure of the dates you are reserving prior to placing
your reservation.
